NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION

All of the packages below will include: an email including all paperwork & questionnaires to be filled out by client prior to our visit, 60 – 90 minute follow-up visit, at your home or mine, detailing your current imbalances, nutritional & supplement advice, & a sample meal plan. Email or phone follow-up is also included as needed.

Package A: One Nutritional Consult - $150
• As described above
• Add a Personal Training “Kick-Start” for $75

Package B: Pediatric Nutritional Consult - $100
• As described above, with caregiver supplying information for child
• For the child who experiences: frequent colds or ear infections, allergies, constipation or other frequent “tummy troubles”, eczema, or “colicky” babies

Package C: The Lifestyle Commitment - $500
• Includes “Package A + Kick Start”, also includes 4 follow-up visits, which may include – diet check up & adjustments, a work-out, walk, hike or jog, email & phone support as needed. This package is for the individual who is ready to make some dietary & lifestyle changes leading to better health, a healthier body composition or specific fitness goals.
